A survey among customers and/ or employees provides insight in satisfaction, perceptions, expectations, loyalty and image. Integron uses an online performance intelligence dashboard. This online dashboard shows the research finding at a total level and per segment. Organisations are able to access this dashboard online with a login code and follow their own research findings.
